Purchase Requisition Workflow error-AX 2012

Hi all,

I am getting following error while submitting a PR to workflow.While changing “signing limits” in organization administration(Organization administration>Setup>Signing limits>Signing limit policies), I got the following error.

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: The hierarchy provider did not return any users.
at SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolve
SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolveHierarchy
SysWorkflowQueue-resume

Can anyone help me how to resolve this?

You might haven’t defined hierarchy condition properly. The cause of the error is “with the specified condition & hierarchy system couldn’t return any user”, So, recheck your condition and hierarchy definitions & signing limits.

I checked everything and setup correctly,still getting the error.

I found the problem.This is due to wrong hierarchy.
