Purchase Req. Problem

Hi Experts,

I have created a Purchase req. with 3 items but in Edit mode showing last item record.

my environment is Ax 2012 r3 CU10. this is a bug or setup.

Plz help me.

Looks strange, can you check if there is any customization code in the Form of [PurchReqTable]?

No Customization. we are using standard

And you manually keyed in the requisition and lines?
