Hi ,

Is it possible to create the purchase requisition against the Procurement category ?

( I can able to create the Purchase order , but not the PR )

Could any one share me the setup what i am missing ?

Yes, it is possible, at least in AX 2012. Check out the documentation.

If you have a problem with it, please explain what exactly doesn’t work, error messages you get or so.

I have created the Procurement category and same codes are not showing in the PR level and can able to view at the Purchase order level .

What would be the cause ?

Hi Lally,

I guess the “Category access policy rule might have been configured”. Check procurement and sourcing>setup>Policies> Purchasing policies.

You mean to say that do i need to configure or not the configure the category access policy rule ?

currently i am testing the test environment and i am the only user , but it is not showing to me also .

what could be the missing setup ?
