Purchase Order Cancel and Request Change options are grayed out

Hi all,

Can you please help me how to enable my cancel and request the change button in the purchase order. no lines inside the purchase order.

What security roles are assigned to you? security admin can help you assigning the correct role/ privilege to delete the PO

Why are there no lines on that PO? You cannot cancel something that does not exist!
