AX R2 Purchase Order cannot line edit

Hi,

Need help on below.

I have a Purchase Order line with partial delivery.

The supplier advised that he cannot deliver the remaining balance so I need to edit the Purchase Order Line and reduce the quantity.

The problem is the Purchase order line is gray and cannot edit. I also received an error that there is a pending invoice but upon checking there no no reflected pending invoice line.

How to proceed?

Note: Status of the Purchase Order is “OPEN ORDER”

It is partially received and with pending 1 PC for cancellation.

Sometimes there’s a filter on the pending invoices form. Open the form, press ctrl+f3 to open the advanced filter/sort panel, and then clear any filters that are there.
