purch year end process- budget transfer AX2012

Hi all,

I have a problem when I try to use the purch year end process for purchase order with budget control.

The order I’d like to transfer to the new year has one of the lines complitely invoiced so when I try to use the process in General Ledger \periodic\fiscal year close\purchase order year end process and select process and carry foward budget the system shows an error and stop the process.

the error is that is not possible to create a record in budget register because of a balance = 0

I’m using Ax 2012 -
