Hi!

Is it possible to see what the inventory status for a article was at a specific date? How much we had in stock the 15:th of may for example?

Is that Possible in Physical inventory Journal ??.. If yes where should put my date while calculation ??? is the Posting date which we used will count as my Inventory date ?? or some where else i need to mention it

hi,

on the item card click on the inventory value. the item ledger entries, the base for the inventory value, is opened. this list you can filter by posting date, e.g. <= 05/15/14 to get the entries posted til the filter date. then you only have to sum up the quantity values of the remaining records. alternativly you could create an additional field in the item card, which shows exact that filtered inventory value.

Or run the Inventory Valuation report for that “As Of” date.
