Can any one help me out to configure outlook with the approval setup.how the setting are made in outlook and what setup is to be done in dynamics Nav 2009.So that i can mail notifactions in outlook.

For outlook configuration you contact your System Admin
For Navision
Go to Administratin–> IT Administration–> General Setup → SMTP Mail Setup
Put your SMTP server
Use Authertication as Basic and put username and password
There are approval templates that need to be defined in NAV for approval email to be send.
