As shown in table there is on column NO OF OPS(Shown in green colour). in this for Route no 51388 & opn No 20. specified NO OF OPS is 4.
so how to handel this in AX. is there any way to allocate operation with in operation!?
It is up to you how you do it. As it is a machine the operation is “Shrinkwrap” that is enough, it is only a code and text and has no functionality. If you needed to split it to schedule and cost by each element you would have 4 separate operations all presumably going to the same machine.
Yes we need to assign different Costing/Pricing For this all (1. packaging, 2.shrinkwrap, 3.Unload, 4. Palletise) operation.
i think as you have suggested we have only one opetion, Create All 4 operations & assign this all to Same machine.

Yes that is your only option. Seems strange to break the element of ONE machine down in this manner, but there you are.
I think its Fault of machine that its multi-tasker!!! [:O]
