Not Showing specification 1,specification 2,specification3 in the Purchase Order report

Hi team ,

while creating /exciting purchase order i am unable to see specification 1,specification 2,specification 3 ? even i saved dimensions also ? Is there any problem ?

What exactly they are? Custom fields?
