I view nothing in Interaction Log Entries of Contact after I print Cover Sheet in Segment and check Log Interaction.
I view design of it and see some code insert to Interaction Log Entry and Campaign Entry … but when i select this table from SQL, this table is empty.
Is there anything wrong ?

Hi,
Are you printing this document or just Previewing, for preview log is not created.
What navision version are you using?
Try to debug the printing with “Break on Triggers” switched on.
See if a certain condition required in order to log the interaction is not fulfilled so the required insertion code is not being executed.
