I’m assuming that you’re using the classic client.
If your three companies located in the same database then you shouldn’t need to do anything. If they are in individual SQL databases, then you need to export the customized menu suite object and import it again in the other databases.

Yes i am using classic client with sql server and i have only one database but my problem is that i have to customize the navigation menu which is display left of the navision screen company wise differently.
example : suppose i want to display financial management in one company only and rest of the company will not show this module.
