MS Dynamics NAV Bussiness Webservices Error

When i try to start the MSDynamics NAV Bussiness webservices from services.msc → it is showing an following Error, plz help me to rectify that to continue in my work

“MS Dynamics NAV Business webservices service on local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.”

You need to look at the config file and look at the the following paramter

Remve the value UTC and restart the service..

I tried what you said but it is showing same error…

You need to add new value “Server Time Zone” in place of “UTC”

Stop both services and start both
