Hi Experts,

I have an issue with Webservices, like it was working fine for say around 2 days. Webservice was working for default port 7047. We have created a Webservice for our project with port no : 7049. Both was working fine. But suddenly when we try to start the Service the next day, it was saying an error as shown below:

Services

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Web Services service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.

Any idea, what could be the problem for this??? I tried to configure HTTPCfg, but then also it doesn’t worked.

If you are not using port sharing (which means, you are using different ports for the different servers and services) you must stop the following service : Net. Tcp Port Sharing Service, open up the properties and change it to manual. Then re-boot. You should now be able to restart your web service on port 7049.
