Moving from AX Physical server to Virtual

Greetings,

Scenario: Need to migrate AX2012 r3 cu10 version from Physical to Virtual (Virtual will have different domain, name and IP ranges)

DB : Sql Server 2014

I have two queries:

  1. Does anyone did this before, if yes, can you share the steps he/you carried out.

  2. Our systems people plan to use P2V conversion tool to move the Physical server into Virtual.

  • I hope same steps need to carryout as my question-1.
