Inventory and warehouse management: The movement jounal was deleted. but after checked still in Transaction.
Could anyone tell me the cause and how to solve it. Thank you in advance.
The cause is the natural function of AX, you can delete source documents because the transactions hold the information. How you “solve” this is to prevent the deletion of the movement journal or educate the users etc.

You cannot remove posted transactions.
You cannot delete posted transactions, Instead you can post reversal entries for those.
Hi Samanth, User do not post this jounal yet. first time user entry the data in movement journal
and system will booking the record by status “Reserved physical”,“On order” and “Ordered”, may be
something happen at that time user would like to cancel the Journal then press delete botton
to cancel it. Normally this the record was deleted by automatic but this journal system do not.

Check the status of the transaction. Is it still On Order/Ordered ? Generally these transactions will automatically gets deleted if you delete the source document.
If its still not deleted. Once compile the InventTrans Table and See.
