If I pass the transaction with Movement journal that means posted .
I gone throuogh the Inventory transactions form for that item .
Here I found the reference field , it is showing = Transaction.
But actually it has to show the Movement in reference field.
Why it is showing as transaction.
Just pass a transaction with Movement journal and test it.
Please let me know.
It is showing transaction for a movement journal because that is how the developers coded it. They have decided the best description of the movement journal is to refer to it as an inventory transaction - please note the movement journal is in the item transaction section.
Why the developers of the source code decided to name this transaction rather than movement I can say, but it is simply naming conventions, it is not a bug, consider transaction = movement.
If you want an answer on this you would need to speak to the developer of this piece of the code, because even MS would say that this is how it is and no more, but please feel free to ask them and let us know how you get on.
