When our company last renewed our maintenace 2 years ago the fee was 10%. We did not renew last year. We now would like to resume paying these fees. We received a quote which is at a rate of 13% (for both the back pay and current period). Initailly we were also quoted a separate 3% penalty which has subsequently been waived. Can anyone confirm that the maintenance fee rates have increased from 10% to 13%? Thank you.

In many countries it has been 16% for years, and they want it to be the same % everywhere. So the 13% is only this year. Next it will go up again!
