My client has a advanced user license which support manufacturing also but my problem is the license is not allowing me to use machine centre but allowing me only workcentre .
Advance user wont be covering the machine centre concepts ?
Can i acheive costing without machine centre.
I would suggest you look at your NAV price list, the one I have tells me machine centres are “Available” for the advanced license for an extra purchase, as with basic supply planning. However there are localisation differences. The key here is to understand what the client wants and to quote the appropriate license, if they need machine centres, then they need them, so they should purchase them. Can you achieve costing without machine centres, well the answer is yes, the question is then is it how you want the costing?
Thank u adam my client requirement is when he start productiona and send the items through different work centres he wants the total amount that has been spent on the particular item
