now we currently on ax 2009 and planning to upgrade 20012 R3. and in 2009 landed costing is our customized part,
so please tell me how can be eliminate this in 2012 and what modification need…

It has not changed between the versions. If you need the same functionality it needs to be assessed for requirement and potentially redesigned as part of the upgrade process.
