Upgrade from AX 2009 to AX 2012 R3 CU9

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade from AX 2009 to AX 2012 R3 CU9.

We have started with the process as per the documentation by Microsoft [Upgrade Guide from AX 2009 to AX 2012]. However we are stuck up due to the issues as detailed below:

  1. We have done the Customizations on USR layer. Will it make any difference?

  2. We just have DAT company and there is no data in that.

  3. After Running the “Upgrade Readiness checklist”, all the errors and advisories that occurred are related to data in DAT company.

Can anyone please help as we are stuck up on how to proceed.
