Introduction to HRMS module

i am going to Implement HRMS Module newly in AX 2012 R3 cu12. i don’t have any idea about this module. pls refer any blogs an about sites. i am welcome any suggestions .i am going to implement base module.

My organisation structure:

Department - it

positions - DGM,GM,Manager,Technical consultant,sse(Senior SE) ,SE(Software Engineer).

Not a direct answer, and a bit of a side question really, have you looked at the new talent app in Dynamics 365? I know a lot of work has been put into this by Microsoft and maybe it could be worth looking at before rolling out HR management in 2012.
