A client asked for a document of installation and test procedures. The one on the Navision CD, and the Navision 4.0 installation manual, are at least 170 pages long. Does anyone have a 5 - 10 page document about installation and testing? Thanks in advance. Alastair
Interesting request. Should not this already be part of your company’s procedures outlined in the the Project Charter? And should not this have been presented during the sales process as to why you will be successful? And are you willing to have the customer’s expecations of your preformance based someone eleses procedures?
