Import Order-Return of Goods

Hi,

Can anybody explain as to how to create a Return Order for an Import Order.

Or How to cancel the Bill of Entry and Packing Slip created against an Import Order and Reverse all the entries including Custom Duties, Taxes and Inventory Quantities.
