A pretty annoying “feature” of this dialog is the lack of memory. On Win95/98, the file selector window remembers the last filename used, but does not remember the path or the file type. On WinNT, it remembers the filename and the path, but not the file type. Since we have defined file types for the various object text files that are not either TXT or FOB, having to reselect the file type every time is extremely cumbersome. Other windows applications remember the file, path and type settings between calls to the file selection window. So should Navision! Also, the redundant warnings when exporting to an existing file (once from the standard file selector window and the second from the Navision window) is unnecessary and shows a disappointing attention to detail. -jp
