How to work with translations File

Hi experts,

I would like to publish an App to App Source and the consultant reply me that I missed some Translation file. My App would be publish in CA and US and the consultant suggest me to add a Fr-CA Translations file. Is that means I need to modify the XLF file under the Translations folder and what else should I do? Thanks in advance.
