How to update email template in MS Dynamics NAV 2009?

Hi,

I am using MS Dynamics NAV 2009 classic client. Our client has implemented nav approval management for sales and purchase. I had to update the email notification template to send email. I need to update for document link in the email.

I checked the 440 Codeunit Approval Notification but %5 field responsible forURL is blank.

I want to add url for direct opening of documents from email in classic client.

Try to make use of Codeunit 400 “SMTP Mail”.

Issue is in creating the url for Approval document in NAV 2009.

Yes but what Harikiran really asks is if you have setup SMTP Mail first?

As to the Approval issue, then I cannot help you with that either. The new workflow in NAV 2017 works much better! [:)]
