I have one flat file i.e is excel format.My requirement is that data is import to axapta.

Why dont you use Admin-setup-Data Export/import
You can create a defintion group with the required table and export the data.
If not u may have to customize !!
You can make use of the standard Excel import option. If it does not meet your requirement you can write some code to import the data from excel.
this may help you in importing the data by using code.
