how to delete the demo data in ax 2012R3?

Can you please help me, How to delete the demo data in ax 2012R3 ? not a Transaction data

Create a new company, it will be blank.

You clearly, using any tool, would have issues if you deleted master data, but not transactional data, it would be corrupt and orphaned. If you mean delete transactional data then you cannot as standard, there is no way to do this.

Actually I m not using any Tool for this delete the demo data, Aim is need to delete the demo data ( Master data, Transactional data…). I m using my new legal entity data.

You need to create a new instance and then a new company. Demo is demo, you can create a new blank one quickly, so do that. There is no method to delete data like you want. (SysDatabaseTransDelete will do part of it, but you should create a new entity if you want no data)
