Can anyone please explain how to create WorkFlow to send Email when a record is created?Thanks

There are many threads in this forum about sending emails from NAV, try searching key words like “Automation”, “emails”, you will find a lot. Take a look to this search http://dynamicsuser.net/search/SearchResults.aspx?q=mail+Automation&s=106

When a record is created?, you can choose the trigger where you want your Automation code to be launched, of course [:D]

Need to configure SMTP in and put email ids of concern person in Document approval -->User Setup
