How to consume automatically theorical production time when finishing or releasing a production orders???

Hi all!

I have a question in Manufacturing.

My customer would like to consume time and quantities when closing an order?

  • How can you do that if the WO has the status “released”?

  • How can you do if the WO has the status “finish”?

Note: I know that you can use a RLC to account for quantities as an operation level but what about time???

Set the flushing method to backwards on the work centres in the routing, and on the items being consumed. When the order is then moved from released to finished the stock will be automatically consumed and the time recorded as per the routing.

You cannot auto consume the time and stock of a finished order as it is already finished, it has to be done during the process of finishing it.
