I am trying to install Help Server in the client system, i am facing the following error. (AX 2012 R2)
May i know where i had done the mistake.

The “Error” link and log files are there to give you more information. If it doesn’t help you, you still should provide the information to us. That you have “a problem with web server role” isn’t sufficient for providing any solution.

The issue has been solved.
IIS is not installed in the client system because of this while installing the help server it throw error.
