Help Server Configuration on AX 2012R2

Hello Experts,

I am trying to install Help server onto my AX server, but at the time of pre-requeiste check it fails @ Web site (Help Server) when we go deep down into the error it says “Default WebSite” and Click Manage Web Site > Start. When i am going into the IIS its showing some different error “Website cannot be started. Another Web site may be using the same port”.

Please if you can tell me the possible resolution for the same. it will be of great help.

Check the port number of the Website you are trying to start. Another website is using the same port number as this one so try to edit it using Bindings option and change the port number.
