General Ledger Setup in Dynamics NAV 2017

Hi,

I am working at HR Role Center, and I raised an item journal for the item created while apply Post bottom error message displayed as follow "Posting date is not within your range of allowed posting dates in item journal Line journal Template Name = ‘ITEM’,Journal Batch Name = ‘DEFAULT’, Line No. = ‘10000’. But the Posting Date is 06/05/2018.

Then I searched Gen Ledger Setup, while the Allow Posting from: 05/01/2018 and Allow Posting to: 05/31/2018 are these, I changed the Allow Posting From: 06/01/2018, Allow Posting to: 06/31/2018 but refer me to another Role Center (Fund Accountant). I checked the User setup, i was nt assigned to specific date. and I set the Allow Posting From: 06/01/2018, Allow Posting to: 06/31/2018. with the same error message.

How can i set Allow Posting From and Allow posting to without contact Fund Accountant.

you need to add user setup page to HR role center if it is relevant to add.

I added Allow Posting From: 06/01/2018, Allow Posting To: 06/31/2018 to the User (HR role center) at the User Setup.

Then, I prepared the item journal and apply post button, error message: Posting date is not within your range of allowed posting dates in item journal Line journal Template Name = ‘ITEM’,Journal Batch Name = ‘DEFAULT’, Line No. = ‘10000’. But the Posting Date is 06/06/2018.

Please activate the debugger if you are a programmer and check where exactly you are getting error
