Please help me how can i get current financial year format (2014-2015) and previous financial year format(2013-2014) in Navision Report?

Which version of Nav and which report? Have you tried Accounts Schedules and column layouts?

I am using Navision 2013 and currently i m designing C form Received from customer report in which i need current financial year and previous financial year.

Accounts schedules will not work then. Uses on general ledger entyries.
An existing report or new report?
If existing please confirm report id.
If new, presume it shows literally in column format customer number, name, total received current year, total received last year?
