Failed to Create a session error when opening forms & submitting to workflow in AX 2012

When any user tries to open “Tutorial_Workflowprossesor” Form or tries to submit any record of purchase, sales or purchase requisition in the workflow, the record gets submitted but the user can see error in workflow history “Failed to create a session; confirm that the user has the proper privileges to log on to Microsoft Dynamics”.

We receive this error when logging from Admin account too.

The user trying to do these processes has System Admin & System User roles.

We have AX 2012 R2 with CU7 update installed.

Hi Krupa,

PLease check which user(s) will be assigned for approval and if they have the correct user rights in AX. AX can fail bcause of this reason.

Full CIL compilation resolved the issue.
