Exporting objects as text

Hi folks,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, however -

We’re trying to get our DB objects into Dev Toolkit, but there’s a load of objects that we don’t have permission to export as text. Is there any way of filtering these out? There’s too many to do manually by marking them etc.

Edit: it’s 4.01 running on SQL 2000 Enterprise edition.

Well filters work in the object designer like everywhere else. If you want multiple filters on object versions etc the way to do it is to start marking all objects, then filter down to the version you dont want to export and un-mark them. Setfilter marked only and do next filtering. Should get you through it in no time.
