How do you export from Navision to excel a complete customer list including Name, Address, City , State and zip? I can export some data but it is missing the street address, city , state

U said it is missing that means u have created the port to do so. Include these fields in ur dataport to export them out as well.

Hi,

You can do it in two ways:

  1. Use Dataport: Create a dataport based on Customer Table and define all the fields that you want to export as dataport fields.

  2. From the list form (I am assuming all your required fiels are there in list form, if not then add those fields to list form), select All (Ctrl + A)

Then Ctrl+C and open a new excel sheet and then Ctrl+ V (Paste).
