Dear All,
I create “Tax Region” Code at:
Payroll → Setup → Taxes → Tax regions
On Tax Region form: Click New, Enter “Name of Description”: Test
Click View Details on “Zip/postal Code” field, create New “Zip/postal Code” with “Country/Region” is USA on Address Setup form,
From Tax Region form, Enter “Zip/postal code”, click Ok.
This error appears:
A valid tax region could not be identified from the information provided.
Search again using different options to identify a valid region.
Could you please let me know what should I setup to setup Tax Region ok?
