Error opening form

Hello all AX Users

I have a problem which is as follows.

I have installed workflow for purchase requisition and it is configured successfully.

When i create a requisition ,it gets submitted…But as i try to open the 'WorkFlow history ’ form the form gets hanged and it is not opened and also it stops the service for the AOS.

Can any one tell me where the problem lies ?

Hi,

This is because the workflow could not find the particular approval user which u can c in View History Form down left side were there are no users.

solution is to add the UserGroupId for Approval to the particular User.
