Error in "Go to origin" in workflow notifications form in AX 2009

Hi All,

Unable to “Go to orgin” from Notification list of workflow, only for some users the Form “purchase workflow tracker” is not opening,

Error is "The Form cannot find the context of the alert from here, Try to access the ’ \Purchase requisition Id 0000508_065, Canvas or Linen Apron’ record in a different way ".

Could any one help me.
