i am getting the error as "__adddiagram in com obj of class shapes returned error code 0*80004001( which means .__Can somebody help me for resolving this error.

Thank you for replying to my post.I have found the problem.That is we want to install the hotfix in ax 4.0 for supporting all types of word documents.I got the detail from microsoft partnersource.
