I’m trying to install Enterprise search on an AX2012 R2 CU1 implementation with SharePoint 2013 running on Server 2012 and it wont validate the SharePoint Search prerequisite.
Error:
Verify that the SharePoint Server Search 14 service is available in the Services Control Panel (Start > Administrative Tools > Services). If the service does not exist, verify that you have SharePoint Search installed. SharePoint Search is installed with Microsoft SharePoint Server or with any Microsoft Search Server SKU. SharePoint Search is not installed with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation. To install Microsoft Search Server Express, go to go.microsoft.com/…/
The SharePoint search service is titled SharePoint Server Search 15. Nowhere in the reading does it mention 15 from what I’ve seen.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
