Enterprise Portal Issue in VPC AX 2009

Hi,

I am unable to open the Enterprise Portal Site in Virtual Machine of AX 2009 Version.

When I try to open, it gives the following error and nothing displays in the Internet Explorer Page.

URL: sharepoint/…/DynamicsAx

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue as I need to work work upon Enterprise Portal.

Hi,

Check the services for SQL and check whether the credential are given correctly in SQL configuration manager (give the credential once again if exists). it may be because the password for the user id might be wrong.

Hi Muneeb,

Try to do the below:

  1. Run cmd

  2. Type IISreset

This will restart the iis service and can help in solving you issue.

Checked the services , they are running as well as I checked the credentials too.

But I am still facing the same issue as mentioned above.

I tried the above soultion many times. Moreover I did it post your suggestion too.

But I am still facing the same issue, as in it is still giving the same error as I have mentioned above.

Let me share more details which is as below:

When I try to Browse the EP site, it gives the above issue and after that when I go back to IIS Manager, the service "SharePoint - sharepoint80" STOPS
