Could not load .\Forms.xml while coverting form to pages

hello,

i am getting Could not load .\Forms.xml error while converting forms to pages

while i open transaction log then it’s throw the error at object id 1.

following type error

<?xml version="1.0"?>Error-1Could not load .\Forms.xmlError-1Transformation aborted

what it means?

and how can i resolve it?
