Hi, You might want to take a look at Professional Service Automation module from Connor Software (http://www.connorsoftware.com). PSA module provides extensive functionality for creating proposals & contracts for goods, equipment and services, tracking equipment installation details, hours, cost, revenue etc. If you decide to go this route, you may contact Tommy Christensen, Product Manager at tommy.christensen@connorsoftware.com Also it looks like there is going to be quite lot of thrust towards areas like Professional Service Automation / Manufacturing Service Organization in Axapta 4.0.
