Hi all,
we have the following problem.
All clients which are connected to a specific aos are freezing simultaneously. After some time the clients are able to work as usual for sporadic time x. Then after some time the same behavior happens again, so that alle clients hang for some time. For this time x no user is able to connect to the AOS. If you try to connect you have to wait with a white screen until the “freeze” is over.
There is no specific trigger observable so that we aren’t able to replicate this behavior in a specific way.
Our environment:
Dynamics AX 2009 RU 4
2 x 64bit AOS for interactive client session
2x 64bit AOS for batch processing
max. 100 online users
