I am trying to create a Project invoice proposal. I created a project, project contract and proceeded to post an hour journal. The Line property assigned to the journal line has “Chargeable” checkbox marked. Yet, when I go to Posted project transactions, Invoice status stays as Non chargeable. Am I missing something?
