Hi guys,
Today I received an error which I can’t express in words. Only I can say is, “This is height of Axapta”.
in one transfer order shipment is done with 2 lacks amount but on received receipt voucher is showing 2000 corer amount.
How could this happen, at least system should through voucher imbalance error on these type of transaction.
Do you have any clue on this, means any reason what could be the reason.?

The imbalance will happen when the debit and credit are not equal in a voucher, which might not be with your case.
Please check with your transactions and related amounts/prices in the receiving warehouse to arrive at the problem.
Transfer price setup is not done for this item. According to stock transfer concept the inventory should be transfer to warehouse on avg. cost. and same should be posted to inventory receipt account. But in this case alone it happened such as inventory receipt account is to high with respect to inventory issue account.
Same issue faced…
