Adding field in InventSum, show unretrieved

Hi all,

I added one field in InventSum Table, it’s just to describe item name so it is searchable. The problem is, it is shows “Unretrieved” in OnHand form while it Table browser already correct.

I have search the web but all I can find is try to Compile, synchronize and restart AOS which already did.

Anyone know what is the problem?

Hi ,

we can call these kind of issues as a sync issues. for them we need to compile , restore , synchronize .

the best practice is when we are adding the fields change the company To DAT and add ,change the company

Hi,

If you are newly adding a field in the table, but table has some records. So please assign the value to that newly created field. so for that record sql will fetch the data from the table

Unretrived means SQL unable to fetch record from table.

Please let me know if any more clarification required …

In Invent on hand form , you can add InventTable datasource and link it with Inventsum table and you can use NameAlias field of InventTable to filter the item based on the name.

You can refresh the client configuration which will generate the WCF.

Then this issue will be resolved.
